Pre-Sales Services:

We provide the buyer with the necessary inspection convenience and all technical consulting services. After the contract is signed, we will cooperate with the user to complete the work of the project, such as the progress of the project, design and manufacturing, drawings, documents, packaging, transportation, commissioning and acceptance. During the production and processing of the product, the buyer can send personnel to the factory to supervise the production, supervise the testing and commissioning, and allow the relevant personnel of the user to directly participate in the production and assembly of the product, so that they can further understand the structural performance of the product. After the production of the product is completed, the buyer can go to the factory for acceptance. After the product leaves the factory, our company provides technical consulting services. If necessary, we can send people to train the personnel of the user unit to ensure that users can master the characteristics of the product. After-sales service:

When providing users with consulting and services for the installation, debugging and operation of the product, actively cooperate with users to make the product safe and smooth operation.

After receiving the user's service information, reply in time and deal with the problem. If there is no reasonable, effective and feasible plan to make up for the defects within the time stipulated in the contract (generally 48 hours), and make a full response, the user can take the necessary remedial measures according to the actual situation, but the risks and costs shall be borne by us.

The company's products implement the "Three Guarantees" service, and the products have quality problems during the "Three Guarantees" period (12 months).
