Product structure and advantages
Iron core: all cold rolled silicon steel sheets with excellent grain orientation are adopted, with fully inclined non-porous binding structure. the iron core is of multi-stage ladder type, with three joints or five joints. the iron core is directly wound with special equipment with low air loss, low noise and no joint and angle weight. the iron core of amorphous alloy transformer is made of materials produced by lianxin company, which reduces the air loss by 72% on average compared with traditional silicon steel sheets, no-load current 50%.
Coil: the use of excellent 0Q acetal enameled round copper wire, oxygen-free copper rod drawn flat copper wire or foil wound, its form a cylindrical continuous, new spiral, split, etc., with sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity.
Oil tank: welded with excellent steel plates, with oval, rectangular and other structures. The heat dissipation components are chip radiators, expansion radiators or corrugated oil tanks. The oil tank is reliably sealed in the factory. After pickling and phosphating, the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed with paint on three bottoms and one side, which is corrosion-resistant and beautiful.
