YBW series pre-installed substation (referred to as the European transformer) is a high-voltage electrical appliances, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment combined into a compact complete set of power distribution devices, widely used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, factories, mines, oil fields and temporary construction electricity and other places, for the distribution system to receive and distribute electricity.

This product has the characteristics of strong complete set, small size, compact structure, energy saving and environmental protection, beautiful appearance, low noise, reliable operation, and mobility. It covers an area of only 1/10-1/5 of the traditional civil substation. The manufacturing cycle is 1/10 of the traditional civil substation, and the manufacturing cost is 1/2, which greatly saves the construction cost. At the same time, the series of products have the advantages of simple installation, rapid power supply and simple equipment maintenance, especially it can go deep into the load center, which is very important to improve the quality of power supply, reduce power loss, enhance the reliability of power supply and transform the distribution network. Structural features

The bottom frame of the box body is made of shaped steel, and special anti-corrosion treatment is applied. The specifications of the shaped steel are selected according to the size of the box body and the capacity of the transformer. There are sunken bases and oil tank bases for users to choose. The interior of the box is divided into high-voltage switch room and transformer room with metal steel plates. The low-voltage switch room is strictly isolated between rooms. The structural layout is divided into "product" shape, "eye" shape, internal operation type and external operation type. The overall box is divided into "single transformer configuration" and "double voltage transformer configuration". High-voltage switch "terminal" power supply and "ring network" power supply, etc. The primary line is equipped with "cable type" and "busbar type", and the secondary electric metering instrument system is equipped with built-in type and external type. Each room is equipped with a lighting device, together with a locking switch and a forced ventilation device. Each structure and device requirements can be selected by the company according to the different requirements of users.

The bottom two sides of the box are equipped with push-pull lifting device, which can facilitate lifting, transportation and installation. There are general grounding device points around the bottom frame, which can be arbitrarily selected by the user.

High and low voltage switch room can adopt standard structure, also can adopt screen mounted type, frame type structure, the former complete set of strong, the latter overall compact size.

The transformer can be oil-immersed or dry-type, the former is large and cheap; the latter is small in size, good in reliability, and will not cause combustion and explosion. Can adapt to a variety of environmental use.

The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ and not lower than -25 ℃;

No conductive dust, no corrosive gas, no explosion hazard place;

Outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35 m/s;

The relative humidity does not exceed 90% (+25 ℃);

The installation site shall be free of severe vibration and turbulence, and the vertical slope shall not exceed 5 °;

Seismic column degree is not more than 8 °;
