ZG-Z(H)-10/0.4 Series Pre-installed Substation (American Box Transformer)
This series of pre-assembled substation shell is made of excellent cold-rolled steel plate, and the box structure is assembled. The surface of the box body adopts excellent process for anti-corrosion treatment. First, a surface pretreatment process is followed by an electrostatic powder spraying and coating process.
ZG series pre-installed substation is suitable for 7.2KV and 12KV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as a high-voltage distribution metering, compensation control and protection device. In addition to transformers, the high-voltage side of the pre-installed substation is also equipped with four-position load switches, two-position load switch backup protection fuses and plug-in fuses; the low-voltage side is equipped with control appliances and distribution appliances as required by users. Compensation device and electric energy meter, etc.
ZG series pre-installed substation can be used for indoor, but also can be used for outdoor, widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, commercial centers and high-rise buildings and other places.
Normal conditions of use
1. Altitude 1000 meters (beyond this range of design);
2. Wind pressure: not more than 70Pa (equivalent to 35 m/s);
3. Humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;
4. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature 40 ℃, minimum temperature -25 ℃;
5. Shockproof level: horizontal acceleration 0.4 m/s, vertical acceleration 0.15 m/s;
6. Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees;
7. Inclination of installation site: not more than 30;
8. Installation environment: the surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive, flammable gas and water vapor. There is no violent vibration at the installation site.
