KYN61-40.5 armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is mainly characterized in that the cabinet is equipped with a new type of ZN85-405 fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker and a spring operating mechanism. The cabinet body is assembled with galvanized steel plate, which improves the matching accuracy between the handcart and the cabinet body. The handcart is very light to push and pull out and has strong interchangeability. This product is used in 35kv three-phase AC 50Hz Tn power system, as a power plant, transformer and industrial and mining enterprises of the distribution room to receive and distribute electrical energy, with control, protection and monitoring functions. Structural features
This product is divided into two parts of the cabinet, handcart, the cabinet is made of steel plate bending, plastic spraying and assembled with bolts. According to the functional characteristics, it can be divided into four parts: small bus room, relay instrument room, handcart room, cable room and bus room. Each part is separated by grounded metal partition, and the protection grade of cabinet shell is old 3X; Handcart door is opened, and the protection grade is P2X. The switchgear has main circuit schemes such as cable incoming and outgoing lines, overhead incoming and outgoing lines, bus contact isolation, voltage transformer, lightning arrester, etc. The bus adopts composite insulation, and the phase and connector are equipped with insulation sleeves made of flame-retardant materials. The bus bushings between adjacent cabinets of the main bus can effectively prevent the spread of accidents and play an auxiliary support role for the main bus. The cable room is equipped with grounding switch, overvoltage protection device, etc.
